1. How do I collect Rewards Points for every purchase transaction made on my HSBC credit card?
   You will earn 8 Rewards Points for every OMR 1 you spend on your HSBC Premier credit card and 5 Rewards Points for every OMR 1 spend on your Gold credit card. For example, if you spend OMR 1,000 on purchases, you will get 8000 Rewards Points on your Premier credit card and 5000 Rewards Points on your Gold credit card.
2. Will I earn Rewards Points for all my HSBC credit card transactions?
   You will earn Rewards Points for all purchase transactions. Cash advances, finance charges, credit card repayments and fees of any kind will not earn Rewards Points.
3. Can Supplementary Cardholders earn Rewards Points?
   Yes. All purchase transactions on a Supplementary Card will also earn Rewards Points.
4. How do I keep track of the Rewards Points I have collected?
   By visiting www.myrewardspoints.com or by calling our Service Centre on +968 24762762 between 9:00am to 6:00pm from Sunday to Thursday. Also, your monthly HSBC credit card statement will reflect the number of Rewards Points you have collected during the month.
5. How will Rewards Points be reflected in my HSBC credit card statement?
   A Rewards Points summary box will appear next to the payment summary box. The details in the Rewards Points summary box are as follows:

   • Opening Rewards Points balance: This means Rewards Points (if any) carried forward from your previous HSBC credit card statement.
   • Rewards Points earned. This means Rewards Points earned in the current billing cycle and accumulated at Rewards Management Middle East Limited.
   • Rewards Points transferred: this means Rewards Points transferred to your exclusive Rewards Points account.
   • Closing Rewards Points balance: this means Rewards Points (if any) carried forward to your next HSBC credit card statement.
6. How can I redeem my Rewards Points?
   Rewards Points can be redeemed by logging on to www.myrewardspoints.com.
7. When can I redeem my Rewards Points?
   You can start redeeming your Rewards Points whenever you wish. Please refer to the Rewards listed on the website www.myrewardspoints.com for the number of Rewards Points required for the Reward of your choice.
8. How will I receive and use my reward voucher?
   Your selected reward voucher will be mailed to you or you can have it couriered to you for an additional xxx Rewards Points. You can use your voucher to collect your reward from specified outlets.
9. Who can redeem Rewards Points?
   Only the Primary Cardholder can request for the redemption of Rewards Points.
10. Do Rewards Points have expiry date period?
    No. You can continue earning and redeeming Rewards Points as long as you have a valid HSBC credit card.
11. Can I transfer my Rewards Points to someone else?
    No. Rewards Points cannot be transferred to anyone else.
12. Can I exchange my Rewards Points for cash?
    No. Rewards Points cannot be exchanged by cash.
13. Do all cardholders from HSBC qualify for this Rewards Programme?
    The HSBC Rewards Points programme is applicable to all HSBC credit cardholders.
